Standard NDIS rate of $193.99 per hour plus NDIS provider travel costs at $0.99 per kilometre from Seaford 3198.

If you have been approved for a Home Care Package or Commonwealth Home Support Program, funding is available for services such as Physiotherapy. The funding amount available varies based on the level of package you have. Discuss your needs for Physiotherapy with your case manager and a referral can be made for Thrive Home Therapy to come and see you at your home.
Thrive provides Physiotherapy services to self-managed and fund managed NDIS clients at the standard NDIS rate + Travel.
Physiotherapy is often included in the Extras of private health. Please speak directly with your insurer as out of pocket expenses vary. Full payment will be required at time of appointment and rebates claimed by client via their insurance provider.
A partial rebate for physiotherapy service can be claimed if you have a CDM plan via your GP. There is an out-of-pocket expense. Full payment will be required at time of appointment and rebates claimed by client via Medicare. To see if you are eligible for a CDM Plan speak with your GP.
