Thrive therapists work collaboratively with you to set individualised goals – then deliver therapy where you are most comfortable, at home.
Reduced strength and balance, disability, injuries, withdrawal from community activity and reduced social connection are not ‘normal’ parts of healthy ageing and can be improved with exercise.
Physiotherapy at home achieves the same, and better outcomes than in a clinic because the treatment prescribed can specifically tailored to the environment it will be completed in.
Thrive is a locally run business that offers a personal and professional service. We love connecting with clients in our community to enable them to continue to thrive in their lives physically, emotionally and socially. We treat with empathy, sensitivity and care and know for some of our clients we may be one of their limited opportunities to interact with other people – so we also aim to bring a social connection with our service.
We empower you to work towards the best version of yourself – providing therapy, education and guidance on how to achieve your goals and complete tasks and activities important to you safely.
We collaborate with you and your support network – listening to your needs and developing evidence-based therapy programs to achieve your goals.
We see the whole person - working with kindness, empathy, compassion and sensitivity to build trust and work towards your goals.
We maintain open, transparent and timely communication with you, your family, your case manager and other health care providers.
Thrive therapists have worked across all areas of health with a focus on Older Persons health, Falls, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Orthopaedics, Neurological disorders, Oncology, and Palliative care. We know the whole system so can provide seamless and knowledgeable management.

“I believe that we shouldn’t accept reversible elements to ageing and deteriorating health that can greatly impact a person’s quality of life – as normal, or ‘Just how it is’. I aim to empower clients to make positive choices to improve their health and wellbeing” Simone Saber, Director, Senior Physiotherapist
